Planned Optional setting for feature requests

Not everyone needs this, so it should be opt-in with a sensible default. For the people who do need it, it would be a meaningful quality-of-life win.

One caveat for larger communities: keep an eye on the indexes. At a few thousand rows the difference is night and day.
